Zubereitung

Place all the sliced citrus and herbs into the bottom of a large mason jar or glass pitcher.
Fill the vessel with filtered or spring water.
The water tastes best after steeping six hours, and will keep up to two days in the refrigerator. There are many creative variations on this infusion. Think creatively and try rosemary, lavender, ginger, grapefruit and cucumbers.
Infused waters are a great way to get more vitamins
