Silky Skin Celery Soup

Beauty is only skin deep… but who doesn’t want really beautiful skin? Not to sound like a total hippie, but real beauty comes from within. To achieve glowing, radiant skin, we have to work nutritionally from the inside out. This Raw Celery Soup is a perfect combination of foods for strengthening, moisturizing, and revitalizing the skin!
Celery is so water rich, it’s like a natural spring in a vegetable. Celery’s high H2O constitution hydrates the gut, thereby easing digestion, and moisturizes our cells, making them look plump and full. Celery is high in Vitamin C, known for brightening our faces. Lastly, celery is super soothing. Nothing causes wrinkles and premature aging like stress, so when you need to cool your jets, grab a crunchy veggie stick.
When you feel your lacking that little glow, go for this soup. You do need a juicer and a blender, but other than that, this recipe is as easy as it comes!

Silky Skin Celery Soup

garlic little bit, or ginger
...
salt to taste

Blend all of these items together and garnish with some oregano. You’ll love the creamy texture.
