This Chia Seed Pudding Will Make You Feel Cha-Ching!

One sure-fire way to feel like a million bucks is to spoon down some of this high-vibe pudding. Chia seeds are the superfood of superfoods! Just 2 tablespoons of chia seeds has three times the amount of antioxidants in blueberries. That means consuming just a little of this low-calorie food brightens your skin, fights off aging, and protects you from disease. Plus, chia seeds also have three times the amount of fiber in oatmeal, two times the amount of protein of any other bean, seed or grain, and two times the amount of potassium in a banana. Chia seeds are a sure-fire way to a sleek physique because they help you get rid of waste, go longer without food, and burn more calories. You’ll feel totally dazzling and give off tons of glitzy vibes when you make a breakfast or snack of this yummy recipe.

Chia Breakfast Pudding

2 tbsp chia seeds
...
2 tbsp sulphite free raisins organic
...
1 dried date organic, pit removed, chopped
...
cinnamon organic, generous sprinkle
...
1 avocado organic
...
2 tbsp almond milk for blending

Combine 1/2 cup almond milk, chia, raisins, cinnamon, vanilla and let stand for 5-10 mins til thickens up. Blend the mixture with avocado, adding almond milk for consistency. Test to see if chia seeds are smooth. In a really fab blender, these chia seeds will totally disappear.
